All Wales Youth Offending Strategy: Delivery Plan 2009-11 (B424)
The All Wales Youth Offending Strategy was published jointly by the Welsh Assembly Government and the YJB in 2004. This document sets out how that strategy will be implemented.
The Welsh Assembly Government and the YJB have reviewed and refreshed the delivery mechanisms for the All Wales Youth Offending Strategy. This delivery plan describes the changes we have made, sets out the priority themes we will address and the actions we will take. It also shows how we will work with the UK Government to take forward those aspects of the criminal justice system that apply to England and Wales, such as the Youth Crime Action Plan.
The strategy is available to download in English and Welsh.
