Staffing changes

Higher education institution contacts
The sole providers for all programmes within the National Qualifications Framework are the Open University (OU). The courses currently available are:
- Effective Practice in Youth Justice, course code K208 - previously the Professional Certificate in Effective Practice (Youth Justice)
- Foundation Degree in Youth Justice, course code K115
- Managing People, course code BZX642 (training for Operational Managers).
If you are enrolled on one of these courses with the OU and have any questions relating to administrative or academic support, you should contact your Workforce Development Adviser (as above) in the first instance. They will be able to direct you to the right person to help with your query.
If you are completing your study of the Foundation Degree in Youth Justice with Nottingham Trent University and you have any questions relating to administrative or academic support, please contact them directly.
