Youth Court Bench Book
In March 2005, the second edition of the Youth Court Bench Book, which provides all the necessary information a youth magistrate will require while sitting in court, was published by the Judicial Studies Board. Since the first publication in 2001, many changes have taken place in the youth justice system. The new edition reflects these, as well as acting on feedback from magistrates and staff working in youth courts.
